PopupFrance operated as a partnership for four years but has now been taken on solely by Bernice and rebranded as MaisonBbrocante.

Previously the owner of a successful French antique shop, Bernice traded for 15 years, originally in Auckland (Vintage Antiques), then Wellington and finally in Melbourne (French & Co), where she traded for 6 ½ years, eventually selling the business to an Australian couple. Now trading mainly online, Bernice has a small shop at her home in Cambridge, which clients are welcome to visit by appointment.

Bernice travels annually to France to source stock and recently purchased a house in the Lot, an area with a plentiful supply of buying opportunities, markets, and brocantes. New stock will be arriving mid-year. If you’re searching for something in particular, please contact Bernice, and she will do her best to source the item for you.
